We are seeking staff: Exhibition Promotion

WE OFFER
• Insight into the work of an artist-led gallery team.

• Participation in a voluntary exhibition project on socially relevant sustainability topics sustainability. Our website is gg3.eu

• Introduction to the tasks, to-do list, texts and images, email application

• A flat-rate fee of €500 per exhibition (a total of 3 exhibitions per calendar year) for approx. 30 hours each

YOUR TASKS
– Promotion of exhibitions with their event dates on our online event portals before each exhibition
• Entry of our Open calls for each exhibition on approx. 5 platforms, sending emails to the artists
• DesignCreate and send invitations to our exhibitions using our mass mailer
– Home office
• Maintenance and further development of our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook

YOUR PROFILE
• Practical experience with Office applications
• Good written German and English skills
• Work independently and patiently
• Berlin based
