Why become a member or donate?

We invite you to becomea member of our non-profit association Group Global 3000 e.V., to support us with a donation or to work with us (looking after the exhibition, supporting events, advertising for us, recruiting members and donors).

We would like friends of and donors for Group Global 3000 e.V., registered as an association on 14.7.2014. We have been granted charitable status. We promote Art and culture according to §52 par. 2, Sentence 1, No. (5) AO. Your donations are tax deductible.

Annual contribution: 70 € ( tax deductible)

We invite you as a member to our events. You can make friends, experience and support contemporary art and promote sustainability. The life of our association is a joint exploration of art and sustainability, in front of and behind the scenes, both controversial and in agreement.

We were founded as a group of artists in 2012 and have been showing thematic exhibitions focusing on visual art and sustainability at Leuschnerdamm 19 in Kreuzberg since 2013. The topic is more important than ever due to the climate crisis and species extinction. We focus our art exhibitions on sustainability issues. This makes GG3 unique in the world.

We advertise the exhibitions internationally for artists, jury the applications and curate low-threshold access for guests in the space and online on our website. Our events include vernissages, artist talks, workshops, lectures, expert discussions and performances. In our art lies the hope of reaching people in a discursive, touching way against the climate crisis and species extinction.

We carry out our curatorial work on a voluntary basis as a team of five artists. In 2016, we received the Berlin Senate Prize for Project Spaces as a non-commercial gallery for our work. The prize money has long since been used up for fees for curation and advertising, rent, online advertising and exhibition supplies for three exhibitions a year.

You can also become a member if you do not live in Berlin.

You can also order just our newsletter below, an invitation with a reminder for each of our three exhibitions and events.
