Narration
Clemens, 41, well-to-do, drives down Germany’s highways on an obsessive journey from dating contact to dating contact. He leaves each of the women believing they are his only girlfriend. In Rostock, he stays longer than planned – to bridge time and out of a spontaneous decision. In the environment of his Rostock lover Birgit, however, surprising incidents accumulate until an unexpected event throws the lives of all involved completely off track.
Vita
Jörn Birkholz, born in 1972, lives in Bremen. Study of history and
Cultural Studies at the University of Bremen. As an author and critic, he regularly publishes prose texts and reviews in various journals and magazines; including Textem, Junge Welt, Glanz und Elend – Magazin für Literatur und Zeitkritik, evolver, Sterz, erostepost, Konzepte, Krautgarten, and Lichtungen.
