About Us
Gallery Group Global 3000 (GG3) has been a space since 2013 where contemporary art meets current questions of sustainability—topics such as climate communication, climate protection, and democracy. We work as a dedicated volunteer team and aim to further strengthen the visibility of our three annual exhibitions and content.
For this, we are seeking support in the area of press relations.
Your Responsibilities
You will help us on a volunteer basis to expand and maintain the connection between our exhibitions and the media landscape:
- Managing and developing our press contact list
- Distributing press releases for three exhibitions per year
- Brief follow-up with editorial offices (via email and/or phone)
- Optional: Support with press relations during opening receptions and exhibitions

Your Profile
- Experience or competence in communication/public relations
- Interest in art and sustainability
- Enthusiasm for representing our content convincingly to the public
- Reliability and initiative
- Approximately 2–4 hours per month (flexible scheduling)
- Proficiency with standard office applications
- Professional experience
